Your customized Stackabox system can be installed on 41.5mm (1 5/8”) vertical centers to utilize the full height and volume of the container. Stackaboxes come in six nominal heights – 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” and 16”, and four nominal widths - 15", 27", 38" and 47", to offer you a variety of storage options. Depending on your mission, what you deploy may vary from small maintenance parts to bulky and heavy items such as gearboxes and generators. Each time you equip a new mission, the inserts can be removed and reconfigured to accommodate your space needs precisely.

Using a SuperGlide™ support frame, a Stackabox can be fully extended outside of the container giving 100% access to the contents without the need to remove it from the container. Stackaboxes can be supplied with or without partitioning kits and shadow boxes for tooling are also available. Not only is access easier than ever, every item removed is easily replaced in its proper box for constant inventory control.

Ensure Top Security.

The Stackabox system is ideal for the secure storage of small parts and equipment in man-handling-size loads. Every Stackabox has a six-point patent pending restraint system, which secures the Stackabox in the SpaceFrame in all directions, and is foolproof in its installation. Metal to metal contact is reduced to a minimum to absorb and eliminate as much vibration and shock loads as possible when the container is being moved in adverse conditions. Both ends of the container can be accessed independently. The ‘curbside’ and ‘other end’ of the container can be accessed at the same time, allowing quick and multiple access positions for personnel in a fast-changing environment. Each end of the container can be supplied with different locks or systems to restrict access. Also, any individual Stackabox bay can be securely locked in position to prevent removal from the container by unauthorized personnel. Each Stackabox incorporates its own lock hasp, thus further restricting access when removed from the container. Every Stackabox is weatherproof, making it ideal storage for environmentally sensitive items.

Simplify Distribution.

Each Stackabox can be easily removed from the container when required for distribution. They can be distributed as individual Stackaboxes, or they can be stacked together to form a module for deployment, at multiple drop-off points. They can also be assembled into a block stacked ‘module’ for distribution.
