CAVE Systems Drawers

Drawers are ideal for the transportation and delivery of small and medium sized parts, maintenance kits, medical supplies and tool kits in loads up to 500 lbs. for the 38” Drawer or 750 lbs. for the 28” Drawer.  The Drawer is mounted onto CAVE’s Standard SuperGlide 500 slide.  Drawers are supplied without lids.  Two optional lids are available:

• Type 1. Basic lid which clips directly onto the drawer, performs as a dust lid and prevents stored items moving from compartment to compartment.
• Type 2. Weatherproof Lid fitted with 2 Stainless Steel Hinges and 2 Stainless Steel hasps with a lockable feature for added security, either one or two gas struts to support the lid, a Neoprene bulb seal to give extended weatherproof life and two spring-loaded handles fitted to the front of the drawer for access.  Weatherproof lids are ideal for Drawers that will be exposed to the elements thus protecting the stored contents.  We recommend Weatherproof Lids for Drawers mounted into RU modules.  Drawers are available in the same size range as the StackaBox.
